We train leaders and advance solutions for today’s most pivotal social and environmental challenges.

Global challenges don’t exist in silos and neither do Kellogg leaders. We push the boundaries of understanding while equipping leaders with skills and knowledge to tackle the crucial social and environmental issues of our time.

At Kellogg, we train leaders who operate in areas including corporate impact and sustainability, impact and sustainable investments, mission-driven enterprises, sustainable and social ventures, climate, energy & the environment and the public sector — and we refine and advance the very knowledge that defines these domains.

More importantly, we nurture leaders who can combine evolving skillsets for impact and sustainability, directing them towards pivotal challenges that fuel their passion. Whether focused on climate change, global development, economic opportunity, sustainable food systems, equity, quality job creation, healthcare accessibility, educational excellence, or any other pressing concern, our leaders — and the insights they draw from Kellogg — are primed to make a profound difference.
